No cookies, no consent banner
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device for analytics. So there is no consent banner. Fonts, scripts, images and videos load from this website only; only the contact form loads from Deftform (see below).
Hosting (Vercel)
Vercel Inc. delivers this website. Vercel processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the pages and to protect the service. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Analytics (Umami)
We use Umami, hosted by us. Umami counts page views without cookies and without a profile of you. It does not store your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Contact form (Deftform)
The form is provided by Deftform (ivy.mayhem GmbH, servers in Germany). The form page loads Simple Analytics (scripts.simpleanalyticscdn.com), Deftform’s cookieless analytics. To tell people from bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Turnstile processes your IP address and browser and device data in the form frame. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in spam protection). Cloudflare privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. We use what you enter only to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. We delete the data when the request is closed and no legal duty to keep it applies.
When you write to hello@vu3d.net, we use your e-mail only to answer it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Error reports (Sentry)
When an error occurs in your browser, the page sends a technical error report through our own domain to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., data stored in the EU). The report contains no form input. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can complain to a data protection authority. Write to the address in the Impressum.
