s.Oliver: the collection as digital twins

A VR showroom and a 3D catalogue in which s.Oliver arranges, combines and presents a new collection before the first stitch is made.

The challenge

Collection handovers to retailers took time and needed physical samples and showroom space. The collection had to reach international retailers faster.

The data we used

3D models of the garments in the collection.

What we built

  • A VR showroom: pick, place and switch garments to plan the presentation of a new collection
  • An iPad catalogue with three views: on a model, on a table and life-size
  • An AR view of each garment in the room
  • A digital catalogue for B2C sales, fashion presentations and digital trade fairs
